# 國立中山大學學生會學生宿舍自治事務小組組織要點

#### 第一條

本規程依本校學生會組織章程第九條規定訂定之。

#### 第二條

學生宿舍自治事務小組（以下簡稱本單位）為因應本校學生宿舍自治委員會不能視事之臨時緊急狀況，代行本校學生宿舍自治及住宿生權益與福利事務之業務單位。本單位以學生宿舍自治委員會之預算、決算及法規由學生議會審議通過後為任務達成，依法應予解散。本要點所提及之學生宿舍自治及住宿生權益與福利事務，以[學生宿舍自治委員會組織章程](https://law.nsysu.edu.tw/rule/file/202403271601140234.pdf)所載為原則。

#### 第三條

本單位置召集人一人、主任委員一人及委員若干名。召集人由學生會長擔任，委員由學生會長提名後送交學生議會常會通過之，主任委員由委員互選之。

#### 第四條

本單位主任委員之職責同本校學生宿舍自治委員會主任委員，主任委員並得委請本單位委員代行本校學生宿舍自治委員會幹部之業務。

#### 第五條

本單位之輔導單位為學生事務處生活輔導組，若有與校外機關公文往來需要，應循學校行政系統對外行文。

#### 第六條

本規程經學生議會常會通過後施行。
